City of residence: We moved to Solvang in July 2008. Spent 1 year in Wichita, KS and 10 years in Gilbert, AZ. My husband and I are both from the Bay Area, San Jose, CA.
Short history/work background, special accomplishments:
I have worked in the staffing industry my whole life. Actually, was raised in it! When I was 9 years old, my Mother developed and started her own Staffing Company, which she eventually grew to 7 branches in the Bay Area.
After working for my Mom and during college, I worked for a couple of boutique staffing agencies doing temporary placements for about 4 years. Then moved on to work for Ajilon Office & Finance for 3 years, where I placed Accounting/ Finance professional and Executive level Administrative support, in temporary and permanent positions. Then went to work for Manpower for 6 years, where I was hired as the First Permanent Placement Consultant in the US. I made placements in all kinds of industries and lines of business; from Accounting, Admin, CDL Drivers, Business Operations, to Industrial Skill Trades. With my last year with Manpower being in Professional Permanent Placement, I feel that I am well rounded in my years in this business. I have done it all from temporary placement, permanent placement in all kinds of industry, Sales skills, Recruiting techniques and managing/training employees. I have received awards for “The Top Producer,” “Best of the West,” and “Circle of Stars Achiever,” and take pride in that.
When this opportunity presented it’s self with Express, I thought there was no way I could be half of my mom and have my own business, but with a Franchise organization, they help you with everything! I just needed to Sell, Recruit and Service my customers. That didn’t sound too hard. J

Something not everyone knows about me:
I carry my mom’s favorite comb and lucky coin in my purse, just for good luck. Oh, I just celebrated my 15 wedding anniversary! Yes, I was married at 19 years old.
My burning desire: To have a successful company and to open another office up north. Also, to raise two wonderful, smart kids to be the best they can be and follow their dreams!!
