Recreation and Parks Department Acknowledges Key Sponsors and the Community for Participation in the 27th Annual Autumn Arts Grapes & Grains Festival

The City of Santa Maria Recreation and Parks Department would like to thank the community and key event sponsors for strong support and participation in the 27th annual Autumn Arts Grapes and Grains Festival.  The annual event drew thousands of both local and out of area visitors.

The Recreation and Parks Department in partnership with the Santa Maria Noontime Kiwanis, People for Leisure And Youth, Inc. (P.L.A.Y., Inc.), and the community’s arts groups (to include the Santa Maria Arts Council, Santa Maria Town Center Gallery and Los Padres Artist Guild) hosted the 2010 family-friendly street festival.

The 2010 Autumn Arts Grapes and Grains Festival sponsors included: P.L.A.Y., Inc., Los Padres Art Guild, Santa Maria Arts Council, All American Screen Printing, Select Staffing, Addamo Estate Vineyards, Babe Farms, Stanley Security Solutions, Trader Joe’s, Toyota Scion of Santa Maria, Wal-Mart, Town Center Gallery, Albertson’s of Orcutt and Santa Maria, Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce and Visitor’s Bureau, Bush’s Automotive, Inc., Cal Coast Machinery Inc., Community Bank of Santa Maria, Daren’s Berries Specialty Farms, Innovative Produce and Local Copies, etc.   The department urges the community to support these local businesses year round.
