The City of Santa Maria Recreation and Parks Department’s Winter/Spring 2011 Recreation Guide is now available to City residents and non-City residents in the Santa Maria Valley.

The guide was mailed to all residents of the Santa Maria Valley and is also available at the Recreation and Parks office, 615 South McClelland Street in Santa Maria.  The full class, program and event listings may also be found online at http://www.ci.santa-maria.ca.us/RecGuide.shtml .

The Recreation Guide includes programs and classes for active older adults, aquatics, adult arts, Special Olympics, dance classes, exercise & fitness, special interests/hobbies, youth programs, teen programs, youth & teen sports and adult sports.

The City of Santa Maria Recreation and Parks Department is offering a diverse range of courses and urges residents to expand their education by taking a course.
