A Benefit for Community Partners in Caring

Community Partners in Caring’s (CPC) 11th annual fund raiser will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2011 at the Radisson Hotel 3455 Skyway Drive in Santa Maria. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. and includes a silent and live auction, dinner and entertainment. Community Partners in Caring (CPC) is a local nonprofit agency serving Santa Maria, Lompoc, and Santa Ynez Valley seniors since 1997. CPC’s mission is to provide seniors with volunteer services which allow them to continue living independently while maintaining their quality of life. Services include door-through-door transportation, yard work, minor home repairs, paper work, respite care, and friendly visits.

CPC utilizes nearly 90 volunteers who work with more than 350 clients each year.

85 cents from every dollar goes directly to support the services provided.

CPC provided a 32% increase in services to seniors in FY 09-10 over the prior year.
