The new lenders include Ken Jansen headquartered at the Town Center West office in Santa Maria; Lisa Lombardini headquartered at the Arroyo Grande office; Craig Marlo headquartered at the Cambria office; and Kathy Rogers headquartered at the Paso Main office.

Ken Jansen has been dedicated to working in the lending/banking industry for more than 25 years. Over the years, he has been recognized as a Top Producer with Chase, Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, Hacienda Bank and Wells Fargo. With a degree in business/journalism, Ken is also a 1998 graduate member of the “Leadership Santa Maria Valley.” A former board of director for the Good Samaritan Shelter and VTC Enterprises, Ken has been an active member of the Noontime Rotary for 15 years.

Lisa Lombardini returns, with over 15 years of experience in Mortgage lending, to Heritage Oaks Bank. Lisa’s banking experience includes Heritage Oaks Bank, Mid-State Bank and Rabobank where her achievements included Top Producer awards. She is thrilled to return to a local community bank where there are local appraisers, funding, underwriting and processing.

Her education includes business and finance coursework from the American Institution of Banking and Santa Barbara Business College, and the Mortgage Training Institution.

Currently, Lisa is a member the Arroyo Grande Chamber of Commerce, Pismo Coast Association of Realtors, Exchange Club, and Five-Cities Women’s network. With a history of maintaining long-term relationships with clients, local banking and Real Estate professionals, Lisa takes pride in being a devoted, reputable mortgage lender.

Craig Marlo graduated from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, with a Marketing degree in Agricultural Business Management.

Craig’s past experience includes Bank of America as a fee appraiser and the former owner of a Mortgage Brokerage office for Stonecastle Land & Home Financial. For over 10 years, he helped clients match their mortgage needs with programs from various lenders. Craig enjoys staying active in the community and believes in “giving back” through community service organizations such as Rotary, The Native Sons of California, and by being an assistant coach to youth sports. He is an affiliate member of the Scenic Coast Board of Realtors and sits on the Finance Council of the Santa Rosa Catholic Church in Cambria.

Kathy Rogers has worked in the Real Estate, Title and Mortgage Loan industry for more than 14 years. With an extensive background in Escrow/Title, she is well qualified to handle a variety of loan scenarios. Her background includes 1-4 family residential lending, including FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs.

Kathy graduated from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo with a Business Administration, Bachelor of Science degree . She is actively involved in the Paso Robles Association of Realtors, Atascadero Association of Realtors, Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce, San Luis Obispo County 4H-Pozo Chapter, and Girl Scouts of the Central Coast.
