The Tree program is one of the many community gifts from P.L.A.Y. Inc. The “Tree of Life” program was designed to encourage residents, groups and families to plant a tree to commemorate a loved one and to celebrate a special event. Today, there are many other reasons why residents are encouraged to plant trees.
The Santa Maria Women’s Network is a non-profit organization that promotes the professional and personal development of its members. Membership includes men and women from the business and private sectors of the community, who gather to exchange information, provide mutual support and assist in the overall advancement of women. Each month the organization will meet for a luncheon, which is held on the first Wednesday of each month at the Historic Santa Maria Inn 12-1pm.
