TekTegrity Earns CompTIA Authorized Service Center Gold Status from Computing Technology Industry Association

The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) has designated TekTegrity as a CompTIA Authorized Service Center™ Gold for Network & Server Support. There are currently only four other IT companies in the nation to have achieved this accreditation to date.

To achieve CompTIA Authorized Service Center Gold for Network & Server Support designation, 100 percent of the service center’s technical staff must be CompTIA Network+ or CompTIA Server+ certified. CompTIA Network+ is an international, vendor-neutral certification that validates a technician’s ability to install, configure and troubleshoot basic networking hardware, protocols and services. CompTIA Server+ validates the knowledge and skills of advanced IT technicians in areas such as RAID, SCSI and multiple CPUs, as well as capabilities with server issues, including disaster recovery.

In addition to technical certifications, CompTIA Authorized Service Center Gold for Network & Server Support companies must enroll 100 percent of their technical staff in customer service skills training programs offered by CompTIA. This ensures that customers receive top-level service that is effective, efficient and resolves their service issue in a timely manner.
