The Ball is sponsored by the Mexican Ladies Social Club

Mark your calendars for the 65th Annual black and White Ball, Saturday October 22, for an evening of ambiance, dinner and dancing at our annual charitable event that benefits the Boy’s & Girls Clubs of Santa Maria and Guadalupe.

Mariachi Imperial will perform during no-host cocktails and dinner.

After dinner and a short program, Monsanto will be playing a variety of music for your dancing pleasure.

The formal black-tie event will be held at The Santa Maria Elks Club, 1309 N. Bradley Rd.  No-host cocktails begin at 6 p.m., followed with a sit-down dinner at 7 p.m.  Dancing will begin at 8:30 p.m. and end at 12 p.m.

Formal attire for the event is mandatory, with men required to dress in black or white tuxedoes, or a combination of the two colors, or black suits with formal neck attire.

Women are required to wear floor-length gowns in black or white, or a combination of the two colors.  The dress code will be strictly enforced.

Organizers recommend making reservations no later than Oct. 14, as they expect a sold-out event.

The cost to attend is $135 per couple or $75 for a single person, payable in advance.
