September is “Unique Careers Month” at the Discovery Museum and some of the most interesting people around will be at the Museum to share their fun jobs with kids and families who visit the Museum for the weekly Twilight Thursday” programming at the Museum.  Thursday, September 8 will feature Michael McConnell, the creative director and designer for Santa Maria manufacturer, Prince Lionheart.  This company has been making toys and baby products in Santa Maria for over 30 years, and Michael is a talented and interesting designer who makes his career thinking about cool products for kids and parents.  Join Mr. McConnell, and all of the presenters featured this month, every Thursday evening at 5:30 to learn about neat jobs in Santa Maria and to even try your hand at some of these fun ways to work.
