The Santa Maria Civic Theatre proudly celebrates its 53rd season with the drama Rabbit Hole, the third play of the 2011-2012 season. It was written by David Lindsay-Abaire and directed by veteran SMCT director Stuart Wenger. Show dates are February 3,
4, 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, & 25. All performances are at 8 p.m. Please include play information and show-times in your community calendar. Thank you.
Winner of the 2007 Pulitzer Prize, and in 2010, a major motion picture starring Nicole Kidman (who scored an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress), Rabbit Hole focuses on the story of Becca and Howie Corbett, a family with everything they could want until a life-shattering accident turns their world upside-down and leaves the couple drifting perilously apart. The play charts their bittersweet search for comfort in the darkest of places and for a path that will lead them back into the light of day.
