The three grand essentials to happiness in life are something to do, something to love, and something to hope for.  ~ Joseph Addison

As a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), I practice early crisis intervention and brief, focused psychotherapy to resolve problems or reduce symptoms in the shortest time possible.  I also have the expertise and skills to work with people where more extensive, long-term treatment is necessary to cure or relieve mental or emotional conditions.

Often, people come to me for help with a life transition.  For example, when someone gets married, has a baby, is raising children, divorced, new employment, loss of employment, and retirement.  There are a host of feelings/emotions that come with these transitions in life that may be helped by talking to a professional.  My goal in therapy is to help you come to know yourself better by walking beside you through life’s difficulties.

Every person deserves to be happy.  I can help you work out solutions according to your individual values and lifestyles.  It is a sign of courage and a willingness to deal with life’s many changes to seek assistance.  Please call or e-mail me for a 30-minute FREE confidential consultation.
