Seasoned professional brings extensive experience to mortgage lending team
A mortgage lending professional with 20 years’ experience has been named Mortgage Loan Officer for Heritage Oaks Bank. Greg Olivas assumes his new position after serving most recently as a mortgage processor for the bank’s mortgage division. The California native earned a mortgage sales license in 1998 and mortgage broker license in 2008. He has worked in loan processing and sales and in his new position will be responsible for helping clients acquire financing for new home purchases as well as refinancing of existing loans.
“The sweeping changes in mortgage lending regulations make it more important than ever for consumers to work with experienced and knowledgeable mortgage loan officers,” said Fred Bond, mortgage division manager and senior vice president for the bank. “Greg Olivas is skilled in both the lending process and in finding his clients the loan product that best suits their individual needs.”
