Experienced team is dedicated to serving the needs of agribusiness clients

Recognizing the impact and scope of agriculture on the Central Coast, Heritage Oaks Bank has assembled a dynamic new team of banking professionals dedicated solely to serving the needs of agribusiness clients.

The team of Rob Osterbauer, Russ Pereira, Bethany Filter and Jim Soppe – each with a deep background in agribusiness lending – offers a coordinated approach, efficient service and real value to the bank’s relationships with farmers and ranchers on the Central Coast.

Heritage Oaks Bank brings decades of experience in the greater business community and the new team adds its knowledge of the workings and needs of the various agricultural industries including; irrigated row crops, orchards, vineyards and wineries, livestock operations, grain production, as well as processors, packers, and distributors.

“As a local lender, Heritage Oaks Bank’s Agribusiness team understands the needs of our clients and the various facets of agriculture,” said Simone Lagomarsino, chief executive officer of Heritage Oaks Bank. “Whether it’s a family farm or a vertically integrated business, our experienced bankers will take the time to learn and understand the clients current needs and future goals. They then can customize a package of financial tools to help meet their short and long term financing needs. Because every agribusiness customer is different, the Heritage Oaks Bank team makes local decisions, not market generalities,” she concluded.
