Altrusa International Foundation, Santa Maria Spring Grant recipients were:  Care Net Pregnancy and Resource Center, Pioneer Valley High School Link Crew, VTC Enterprises, Tommie Kunst Junior High School Crocheting Club, Rice Elementary School Learning Handicapped Special Day Class, Friends of the Santa Maria Public Library, Elks Mini Rodeo, Blochman Preschool Outdoor Classroom, Royal Family Kids of Santa Maria Camp, Traditional American Music Program for local students, teachers and families; Court Appointed Special Advocates, California Reads Program at Dunlap, Patterson and Pine Grove Schools, Central Coast Literacy Council, Children’s Resource and Referral Lending Library, People for Leisure and Youth (P.L.A.Y.) Over 90 Recognition Lunch, Santa Barbara County Education Office Teacher’s Network.  A special donation was made to the Friends of the Guadalupe Library from the Foundation’s Memorial Fund.
