When curmudgeonly detective, Harry Baxter, arrives to investigate a murder in a London office building, he is confronted by two “busybodies”: a corpse that won’t stay put, and an interfering cleaning lady who is determined to help solve the mystery. With an office full of suspects, it won’t be easy, and things get even more complicated when the victim turns up alive. There are plenty of laughs, along with a few thrills and chills in this play the delighted London audiences.

The Santa Maria Civic Theatre is celebrating its 54th season of presenting live stage productions to theatergoers on the Central Coast.  With comedies, dramas, and musicals, SMCT offers affordable and professional quality theatre to its audiences.  This intimate and comfortable theatre is located at 1660 N.
