Executive Chef Araizaga has created a five course dinner complimentary to the selection of fine Foley wines being paired
The Historic Santa Maria Inn has once again partnered with an area winery to bring a five-course wine and dinner pairing. The Inn, known for it’s fresh California style cuisine, will offer a distinguished menu in collaboration with Foley Estate Wines and looks to bring Central Coast flare to the occasion by incorporating local produce. The event will be held at the Historic Santa Maria Inn on the evening of Friday, April 12. Champagne and hors d’oeuvres will be served at 6:00pm and the dinner is scheduled for 6:30pm. The cost for the five-course dinner and pair-ings is $100.00 per person and the hotel is also offering an overnight package including dinner seating and pairing for two, deluxe accommodations and all taxes and gratuities for $309.00. Foley Estate Winery, acknowledged for their production of world-class Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays, will offer a refined selection from their Santa Barbara County vineyard for the event. Winemaker Leslie Mead Renaud will be in attend-ance, enhancing the event with her passion for wine and knowledge of the wine making process.
