RRM Design Group, a multi-discipline design firm established in 1974 recently announced the opening of their new office in Santa Maria. The office is located at 1862 S. Broadway, Suite 101. The new office has opened in response to the firm’s continuing growth on the Central Coast, and also in response to Santa Maria’s diverse economy with many growth sectors such as technology, agriculture, commercial, energy and manufacturing.
The decision to locate in Santa Maria was a deliberate one, Jerry Michael, Principal of RRM, stated “Since our start in 1974, we have been working in Northern Santa Barbara County. We are very excited to now open our new office in Santa Maria to better serve our clients and become part of the community. RRM’s resume of public and private projects matched with our design expertise of architecture, engineering, land planning, landscape architecture and surveying fits well with Santa Maria’s growing needs.”
RRM has strong roots on the Central Coast, having been founded by three Cal Poly students and one Cal Poly professor back in 1974. RRM services include architecture, engineering, landscape architecture, planning, and survey. In the last 40 years, RRM has been involved in many notable projects in the Santa Maria Valley including:

RRM celebrated with the local Santa Maria business community at the beginning of April with a Ribbon Cutting ceremony. The event was well attended, including many local business community leaders, public officials, including Mayor Alice Patino as well as RRM Principals and staff.
