“Dealing with Bullying in the Workplace”
Learn techniques and employer obligations when dealing with bullying and aggressive behavior in the workplace. According to the Workplace Bullying Institute, 30.9% of HR professionals took no action when they were made aware of an individual being bullied even though studies show that individuals that have been bullied often times suffer from physical or emotional ailments. Bullying also reduces productivity and can cause high turnover.
Michael Goldfarb, Esq., from Holman HR, will review best practices from a Human Resources perspective and Elizabeth Holman, from The Holman Group, will discuss how to support employees with the assistance of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
