On Tuesday July 2, 2013 Pasion Restaurant had is Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. While the aroma from the enticing food wafted through the air, the owners of the restaurant Gabe and Cynthia Segura, as well as the entire staff on site with the members of Chamber of Commerce stood outside Pasion to cut the ceremonial ribbon and take a few commemorative photos. After the ceremony, the members of the Chamber of Commerce chatted with the owners and were treated to a taste of Taquitos, Calamari, and Empanadas. Just to name a few Tapas that Pasion has to offer. The owners enjoyed meeting the new members as a lot of them had not been to Pasion restaurant before. Pasion has only been open for eight months and the community has come out and been a great support to the new restaurant. Pasion is not like any restaurant around. Pasion serves traditional Mexican food, but with a Texan-twist. Pasion makes everything fresh daily from the tortilla that you can watch being made from your seat to the delectable Tapas that you can only find there. The dishes that they are most known for are their White Enchilada and Puffy Taco, however, everything on the menu is delicious. Pasion is open from Monday through Friday 11am-2pm and 4pm-9pm where you can enjoy the ambiance from inside the restaurant, or out on the patio. On the weekends, Pasion is open all day on Saturday from 9am-9pm and Sunday from 9am- 8pm. They have recently started severing a mouthwatering breakfast from 9am-2pm just for the weekend. In addition, to their weekend menu they will also add fresh oysters that you can enjoy while you listen to the bands that play on the weekends. Pasion is not only a fine dining restaurant that is there for your dining enjoyment they are also venturing into catering.
