The Clark Center for the Performing Arts is proud to present Sister Strikes Again!, the sequel to last year’s smash hit comedy Late Nite Catechism, on November 2, 2013 at 2pm & 7pm.
It’s up to Sister to save the souls of those assembled – aka the audience!  Beginning with an overview of heaven and hell as a Catholic version of Chutes and Ladders and moving onto her proclamation of new sins for the new millennium, Sister is never hesitant to tell us where we’ve gone wrong.  (Needless to say, excessive tattooing and piercing are right up there with pornographic websites and dining at Hooters.)  And never doubt that she can provide a list of every celebrity currently sharing digs with the devil. No one is excused from Sister’s firm belief that ‘sometimes we feel guilty because we are guilty.’
Late Nite Catechism is not just for Catholics! The Catholic Register said, “The show appeals to Catholics and non-Catholics alike since ‘Sister’ clearly explains religious references in lighthearted ways while maintaining a serious tone that isn’t too preachy and far from being saccharine.” The New York Times declared “Late Nite Catechism speaks to an audience much broader than the membership of any one church.”

Late Nite Catechism is currently playing in New York, Seattle, San Francisco, St. Louis, Vancouver, Scottsdale, New Orleans, Los Angeles and Chicago, and has toured to theaters around the country since 1993
