Local IT solutions company TekTegrity has announced that it has acquired Digital Foundation, Inc. TekTegrity, the largest IT provider in the region, now has 42 employees and serves nearly 250 businesses from their Central Coast and Central Valley locations.
Russ Levanway, CEO of TekTegrity says the acquisition brings additional talent to the organization and will be better for clients of both companies. “Outstanding customer service and timely response to industry changes are keys to success in our industry. Our clients rely on technology to keep their businesses running. Having entire teams devoted to their areas of expertise is essential. Combining our resources and experience will allow us to keep up with industry advancements and develop technology tools to better serve our clients. This move is strategic for both parties, because it provides greater value and benefits for all of our clients.”
Digital Foundation has provided IT services to businesses in San Luis Obispo County and Santa Maria since 2003. Digital Foundation President Joshua Erdman and Travis Hasson, Digital Foundation’s Vice President, look forward to working at TekTegrity and sharing operational responsibilities. “Knowing TekTegrity will perpetuate our dedication to professional, proactive, and personal service allows us to once again focus our efforts on our strengths and passions,” Erdman explained. Digital Foundation’s founders will be bringing their technical team with them to TekTegrity.
Members of leadership teams from both companies will be meeting with Digital Foundation clients to welcome them to TekTegrity and ensure a smooth transition.
