Seventh Annual Harvest Festival to Showcase Growing Grounds Farm

Autumn has begun, but the last, luscious remains of summer will hold center stage at the Seventh Annual Harvest Festival at Growing Grounds Farm, Thursday, October 16th from 12 to 4 p.m. located at 820 West Foster Road in Santa Maria.

Join local artisans and musicians for an afternoon in celebration of mental health, good work and great food. Fresh flowers and organic vegetables, unique products, and art will be on display and ripe for the picking. Take a chance in a raffle for fabulous prizes.

Enjoy a traditional Santa Maria Style BBQ Tri-tip meal prepared by Noon Time Kiwanis of Santa Maria in the shady trees by our farm stand. Meal includes farm-harvested salad, beans and bread. Also available will be a Pizza Slice by Patricio’s Pizza (option of cheese, pepperoni, or veggie includes farm salad & pasta salad).

Admission is free and meal tickets are $10 each.

All proceeds will support Growing Grounds Farm and the people who depend on it for employment and horticultural therapy.
