Guest Speaker, Sandra J. Dickerson, Esq.

Sandra Dickerson is a member of the California and American Bar Associations.

She began her human resources career with Your People Professionals in 1987, working initially for the founder of the company and, with her co-worker partner, purchased YPP in 1997. As co-CEO since that time, Sandra has specialized in managing the human resource services for YPP, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and adherence to best practices, and in general business management, including all corporate and legal affairs. Her HR staff is responsible for strategic human resource management, including HR Outsourcing and consulting for a wide variety of clients and industries throughout California.

As of April 1, 2014, she is also CEO of EW Partners, providing executive oversight of all client services and projects, including executive and company compensation, board of director review and compensation reviews, and equity plan design.

The Business Development Forum provides monthly insightful programs that the business community can use to improve their knowledge base and business activities.
