Community Education offers a class in How to Start Your Online Business on Saturday, Feb. 21 and 28, from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m. on the Santa Maria campus, Room C-40 (the Forum).
In this two-part class, you will see which business models work and do not work on the Internet and learn how to create an online business revenue model for making money. Receive feedback on your answers to seven key questions. You will also learn how to win more visitors for your online business, attract interest and win traffic from social media as well as advertising.
Basic computer literacy and access to the Internet is required to benefit from the class. The class fee is $60.
Instructor Ben Kiblinger has a B.A. in law and society from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is an online marketing expert and founder and managing director of WebWise.io. His passion is helping people build successful online businesses. His first home-based business went global and in a short period of time delivered more than $70 million in customer revenue to its clients. He believes “the online business person is free to succeed from anywhere.”
