Casa Dumetz Wines & Babi’s Beer Emporium held an Industry Party last month to celebrate the opening of Craft Kitchen. The Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce and their Ambassadors kicked off the party with a Ribbon Cutting.

Chef Giorgio Curti is an accomplished chef and owner of Amaranto Catering company in Santa Barbara County.  His choice to join forces with Babi’s Beer Emporium in Los Alamos to create Craft Kitchen is based on his desire to feed people delicious food in an incredibly welcoming and fun environment.  “The energy in Los Alamos is electric,” Curti said.  “We have a great clientele who loves tasting our fresh, homemade food paired with a unique beer selection – both of which entice the senses.”  Chef Curti’s specialties of late are his homemade meatballs, an homage to his Italian homeland, as well as other small plates that revolve weekly.

Babi’s Beer Emporium is located at 380 Bell Street, in the same building as Casa Dumetz Wines.  The Beer Emporium and Craft Kitchen have a spacious outdoor seating area perfect for summer afternoons and evenings with friends.

Hours of operations are Thursday – Saturday 12 pm to 8 pm and Sunday 12 pm – 6 pm.
