Sula Mediterranean Kitchen and Bar proudly joined the Santa Maria Valley Chamber and their Ambassadors for a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening ceremony on June 6th. Sula, with its exceptional taste and uncanny fresh ingredients, has taken the Santa Maria Valley by storm.

After years of corporate restaurant experience, chef and concept developer Sally Elias was inspired to share the love of her childhood Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food with the Santa Maria Valley by creating a healthy and savory menu in a casual dining setting. The name Sula is actually her childhood nickname that she has carried through to her dining concept.

Sula Mediterranean Kitchen and Bar is located right in the heart of Santa Maria, and with its industrial but welcoming environment, and reasonable pricing, customers can’t help but come back for more. Sula showcases itself with its delicious shawarma plates, creamy homemade hummus, freshly grilled kabobs, and it’s already almost famous zesty garlic sauce. Sula offers a wide range of food that caters to vegetarians as well. If you’re looking for something new to try without breaking the bank, Sula is the way to go.

On the weekends Sula Mediterranean Kitchen and Bar along with Club 510 Entertainment offer live music dance concerts and in the near future other entertainment.
