Ray Arensdorf of Arensforf Chiropractic fields questions from fellow Chamber members at the Build Your Business breakfast meeting Friday at the A Street Cafe.

Chiropractor Ray Arensdorf offered an informative question-and-answer session with fellow Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce members Friday morning at the weekly Build Your Business breakfast meeting.

Arensdorf of Arensdorf Chiropractic, 1414 S. Miller St., talked about the education and training chiropractors undergo. He explained how the understanding of the nervous system wiring of the body, as well as knowledge of the skeletal and muscular systems help him diagnose the aches, pains and other mysterious ailments of his patients.

He answered questions from the breakfast audience relating to numbness, “sticky” joints, knuckle and joint popping, among others.

Arensdorf was the featured presentation of the morning. Presenters, who are limited to 12 minutes, are picked at random from attendees of the previous week’s meeting. The BYB breakfast meeting is 8 a.m. each Friday at the A Street Cafe, 2445 ’A’ St. in Santa Maria.

Following the presentation, members share business referrals and testimonials. Some of the many testimonials and business referrals highlighted at the breakfast:

  • Cameron Smith of Smith’s Alarms & Electronics gave a testimonial for Kevin Barker of Kevin’s Computer Help on computer repair.
  • Erika Weber of VTC Enterprises praised Debi Cloud of The Cloud Company for her creation of artistically painted menu boards in the A Street Cafe. See photo below.
  • A couple of business owners gave referrals to Arensdorf.
  • Gary Gross of Merrill Gardens endorsed VTC’s efficient and affordable lawn care service. Arensdorf seconded that praise with his own testimonial.
