dont stop believingThe Nipomo High School Dance Company is proud to present their eleventh annual performance, “Don’t Stop Believin.” Under the direction of Chrissy Belo, this year’s performance consists of several different styles of dance-jazz, hip hop, lyrical, musical theatre and contemporary. Invited guest performers include Nipomo High School Dance 1/2 class and JPO Dance Company. Don’t Stop Believin’ and come on down to the Clark Center May 6th and 7th! Tickets are $12.

This show features an upbeat original score that’s sure to leave audiences seeing pink!

When Elle’s high school boyfriend Warner dumps her and heads to Harvard, claiming she’s not “serious” enough, Elle takes matters into her own hands, crafting a showy song-and-dance personal essay and charming her way into law school. Befriending classmate Emmett and spunky hairdresser Paulette along the way, Elle finds that books and looks aren’t mutually exclusive – in fact, law may be her natural calling after all as she quickly begins outsmarting her peers.

Circus of Fairy Tales

Well, while we figure out where Sandy has fallen asleep, let us tell you a simple tale. Fairy tales are magical to everyone. There are sword fights, love, action and adventure. In this tale, we’ll revisit some of your favorite fairy tales, and add a circus twist. Some of characters include Sleeping Beauty, the Big Bad Wolf, Maleficent, and Peter Pan to name a few. Oh! What fairy tale is complete without fairies?

Please join Suspended Motion Aerial Arts Academy with a cast of 30 local flyers in a re-telling of classic fairy tales. Be thrilled as cast members weave a spell from 20 feet in the air. This is a not to be missed show.
