Come enjoy the classic and country rock of the Crisptones on Sunday, July 24th at Rotary Centennial Park, located at 2625 South College Drive. The Santa Maria Recreation and Parks Department and People for Leisure and Youth (PLAY), Inc. are pleased to announce the return of the Concerts in the Park Series this summer. The third concert will feature the classic and country rock of the Crisptones.

The Crisptones were started by the brothers Mark and Robin Crisp in San Luis Obispo. Robin, a guitar player and co-writer in the Crisptones, also plays the lap steel, dobro, piano, and most of the lead work. Robin, who is three years older than Mark, was a gigantic musical influence on his younger brother.

Concerts in the Park are free, fun, and family-friendly. Invite family and friends, and bring lawn chairs, throw blankets, and snacks. Concert times are 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. every Sunday through mid-September.

Questions may be directed to the Santa Maria Recreation and Parks Department at (805) 925–0951 ext. 2260 or view the complete schedule of concerts at www.cityofsantamaria.org/residents.
