Beginning at 6:30 p.m. Monday, September 19th through 6:00 a.m. Thursday, September 22nd, the eastbound lane of West Betteravia Road within 1,000 feet east and west of Thornburg Street will be shut down for construction.
Mainline Engineering, under contract with the City of Santa Maria, will be replacing water system valves on West Betteravia Road, near South Thornburg Street. This work is being done in advance of planned asphalt rehabilitation on West Betteravia Road.
The driving public may experience minor delays due to roadway lane closures during the scheduled work. Drivers are strongly recommended to use alternate routes whenever possible to avoid delays in travel time and obey all temporary construction traffic control signs and flaggers.
