The Santa Maria Public Library is continuing to offer the popular Adult Coloring Program. The next scheduled program is set for Thursday, October 27th from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. in Shepard Hall.

The coloring activities are designed to relieve stress and provide a creative and artistic outlet for adults of all ages.  Patrons are offered a wide choice of pictures or postcards to color. All materials are provided for use during the program including colored pencils, colorful markers, and a wide variety of colorful gel pens.

Come to the library, to.enjoy the new trend in stress relief.  Signups are not required.  Seating is limited and is offered on a first come first served basis.  All materials will be provided and the program is free.

Additional coloring programs are scheduled to occur monthly.   Patrons are encouraged to call the library for dates and times. The library is located at 421 S. McClelland Street.

The library’s hours are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The library is closed on Sunday.
