The Twitchell Management Authority (“TMA”) will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors’ Hearing Room at 511 East Lakeside Parkway, Santa Maria. The purpose of this Public Hearing is to discuss and receive public comments on the 2016 Annual Report of Hydrogeologic Conditions, Water Requirements, Supplies and Disposition for the Santa Maria Valley Management Area.
The Annual Report was prepared by Luhdorff and Scalmanini, the Santa Maria Valley Management Area Engineer, according to the terms of the June 30, 2005 Stipulation for Santa Maria Valley Water Conservation District v. City of Santa Maria, et al. A representative from Luhdorff and Scalmanini will make a presentation on the Annual Report.
Written comments should be addressed to the attention of the TMA at 2065 East Main Street, Santa Maria, CA 93454, and must be received by Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Within 45 days after the public hearing, the TMA will submit to the court its recommendations regarding the annual report.
