Students can now register for summer classes at Allan Hancock College’s Lompoc Valley Center and Vandenberg Air Force Base Center and at the same time, get a jump start on registration for fall.
More than 30 summer courses are still available at the Lompoc Valley Center, including Child Growth and Development, U.S. History and CPR for Healthcare Providers.
Children’s Literature (ENGL 137), which is a seven-week class, will be offered at the college’s Vandenberg Air Force Base Center this summer. Classes at the base are offered to both the general public and military personnel.
In addition, more than 60 summer classes are being offered online. Nearly 150 summer credit classes will be available at the Santa Maria campus.
Details on each class can be found by clicking the Class Search link on the Hancock homepage at www.hancockcollege.edu. Class Search provides real-time information available 24/7 and details can be filtered by campus location, term, class length and more.
Summer registration will continue until June 11; classes begin June 12. Students taking advantage of early fall registration will have until August 20 to register for more than 100 fall classes offered in Lompoc.
To apply and register online for both summer and fall, visit the college homepage and click Apply and Register.
All California residents pay a $46 per credit enrollment fee. In addition, students pay a $16 health fee for the summer term.
