Pyjama Drama runs July 31-Aug 4. Campers will spend the week singing, dancing, and playing pirates in this internationally acclaimed program. Discovery Storytellers camp is July 24-28, where kids get to write and illustrate their own book. Save the Date! Harry Potter Party July 29

Catch the Hogwarts Express to the Discovery Museum July 29th to celebrate Harry Potter’s birthday! Dress up as your favorite character and enjoy games, crafts, Harry Potter-themed yoga, and a potions making science experiment from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Note: Starting in July, all afternoon weekly programs will begin at 2:30 p.m. 

July 14: Fit Friday 

At 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., pretend to be a hermit crab collecting decorations for your shell when we play “Crab Grab”!


July 15: Science Saturday

Test our your engineering skills by designing and building a bridge for Babar and his elephant friends at11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

July 16: Super Sunday

From 12 to 4 p.m., take a stroll through art history with the book “Babar’s Museum of Art” and draw colorful pictures with pastels.

July 18Tuesday Tales

 What if the alphabet started with Z? In “On Beyond Zebra”, Dr Seuss introduces a whole new alphabet! Come find out what a a “Vroo” and “Glikk” are at 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

July 19: Preschool Patrol

Transform the letters of the alphabet into a whole zoo of animals at 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

July 19: Brain Builders

Do you have what it takes to build the tallest tower? Take part in a spaghetti tower building competition at 3:30 p.m.

July 20: Passport Thursday 

 At 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Discovery Museum Intern Megan Norris will share photos from “The Running of the Bulls” she attended while studying in Spain and show kids how to make mini cardboard bulls.
