Fit Fridays

Use your imagination and some colorful scarves and balls to play the fun, seasonal game “Falling Leaves and Acorns” at 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Oct. 7: Science Saturday

Introduce the Scientific Method with this fun, seasonal science experiment that answers the question, “Why do apples turn brown?” at 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Oct. 8: Nutrition Expedition 2 to 4 p.m.

Five little pumpkins sitting on a gate. The first one said, “My, it’s getting late!” Finish the poem with a craft & sing-along at 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Oct. 10: Tuesday Tales

At 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. read Anne Rockwell’s “Apples and Pumpkins,” in which a young girl spends a fall day searching for the perfect pumpkin.

Oct. 11: Preschool Patrol

Preschool Patrol

Use lufas and paint to make cheerful pumpkin patch art at 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Oct. 12: Passport Thursday

Did you know that the apple originally came from Asia? Travel with us at 11a.m. and 2:30 p.m. as we explore the history of this famous fruit and make marble art.

Oct. 12: Brain Builders

Who can construct the tallest and strongest tower out of marshmallows and spaghetti? Find out at 3:30 p.m.
