Holiday Cupcake Challenge at the Library

Calling all kids ages 8 to 12 who love to bake and decorate. On Wednesday, December 20th at 4:00 p.m., the Santa Maria Public Library will be having an exciting program where kids will get tips on how to frost a beautiful cupcake, then be given an opportunity to decorate their own cupcakes. Finished creations will be judged and the winner will receive a prize.

Pre-registration for this program is required, and may be completed in person, online through the library events calendar at www.cityofsantamaria.org/library, or by phone. Registration for this program begins Wednesday, December 13th.

Funding for this free program is provided by the Friends of the Santa Maria Public Library.

The Library’s hours are 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays, and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays.  The Library is closed on Sundays.  The Library is located at 421 S. McClelland Street.
