Paula attended local schools from the 2nd grade and making the move to the Santa Maria community in 2005. She has worked in the self-storage industry since 2004 as an assistant manager and resident manager, which is her current position at American Self-Storage.
Paula became an Ambassador for the Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce in January of 2017.
“I was welcomed warmly by everyone. Becoming an Ambassador is something I wanted to do after we held our own ribbon-cutting here at our facility,” she said. “Everyone showed such great enthusiasm and support and I wanted to be a part of that community.”
Paula says her favorite part about being an Ambassador is meeting new people and learning about each and every business in the Santa Maria community.
“I hope to give more support to our community and make a difference where I can,” she said.
Paula finds her true passion is helping people to find the right size unit, at the right time, and the right price.
